ChixFixKix Store Policies
All sales on custom sneakers are FINAL. Sneakers are provided based on availability. Before an order is placed each customer must send me a message with the size they plan to order. Messages regarding size requests can be submitted in response at the bottom of the home page or at ChixFixKix@gmail.com. ChixFixKix will confirm that the sneaker size is available no later than 24hrs after the message is sent. Once a size confirmation is sent out customers must place the order within the next 24hrs to ensure the size is still available. Any size changes must be made prior to receiving the confirmation email. MAKE SURE TO ENSURE YOU KNOW THE CORRECT SIZE NEEDED BEFORE PLACING AN ORDER. Nike Air Force 1's and Vans often run a half size to full size big, so take this into consideration when ordering. If unsure about sizing it is recommended to go to a local sneaker shoe and try a pair of Nike Air Force 1's. Thank you for reading and abiding by ChixFixKix's terms and conditions. Standard shipping costs will automatically be included in the overall price of the customization service. ChixFixKix offers shipping to the United States and Canada as of now. Shipping for products varies based on the product, quantity and the distance it's being sent. To avoid additional shipping fees, ChixFixKix purchases the sneaker once a deposit is made. The deposit will be the price of the sneaker and the shipping cost charged by NIKE.com. This allows customers to skip the step of ordering online, receiving the shoes, and having to pay additional fees to ship out to ChixFixKix. For any returned items, shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
